What will you write in your Last Will and Testament?

Do you think those people involved will be happy to read your testament? Will you give you inheritance to your children equally?

It is right and proper that parents will give the inheritance to all their children equally. I will do this if my children will have something to inherit from me. In fact, I do not have to execute one at this time. I find it easier to assign each property to a child since I do not have much anyway. This gets rid of the hassles they will have to go through if I die.

My neighbor sold her house and distributed the money to her children. She said if I die they will have a fight over this house. I also know someone, he thought he is going to die, so he transfered his property to his son. What happened is he did not die. Today he has to be dependent on the support of his son.
