What is your source to get your current job?

Where did you find your current job from? From the website?..Which one? From the newspapers? .. Which one? From the agency?..which one? From the post board from public place?..where? I just wanna know which is the most effective way for people to get a job. I knew that a lot of people will recommend the big website such as Monster.com or careerbuilder.com I did try to search jobs from those 2 websites. NONE responses. I got my current job from craigslist.org and I got a lot of responses back from this website I wanna know if there are more sources to get a job (I'm talking about real job not like spam thinging at home) Thanks for all responses in advance p.s.
