Have you seen the ads for Q-Ray bracelets? http://www.qray.com I am wondering exactly what they do and if it is worth it to buy them. They are supposed to restore general health and life balance. I was wondering if they will help with arthritis and arthosis.

My son, God love him, bought me one years ago when I was having trouble with my MS. Let me put it this way. When I wear it I do seem to feel a little better but I think it's more a mind over matter thing. It is DEFINITELY not a cure all for anything. When I wear mine I get a bit more energy and seem to have a little less pain on SOME days. Of course this could be because those days that I wear it I'm usually having a "good day" and bother to put on jewelry. LOL So my answer to your question is... they reall do NOT help and DEFINITELY DO NOT cure anything. They do however give your mind some stimulant to make you feel better perhaps. Would I pay big bucks for them.. no way. Would I wear it? I do and can say I feel some difference. Hope that helped put it in perspective? LOL

Thanks for the detailed answer. I met a woman today who was wearing one and she has arthritis and says it definitely helps her. I don't know what to think. It might be worth $30 when I have it to find out...I have so many other bills to worry about it will be a while and in the meantime I might get some more opinions.

They're a hoax. Don't waste your money. All they do is make some people rich at the expense of others.

That's what I was thinking.
