Welcome to myLot I'm a bit late respond but your daily earnings be only updated every 24 hours so if you posted some responds today it will reflect on your earnings tomorrow at around 9pm or around 10 that was usually my earnings is updated.
Don't worry so much about your earnings just enjoy your posts and then you will be glad your earnings increase everyday and if you do meet the $10 payout you will be happy about it I was waiting for my first payout on march 15 closely more than $50 not bad for a new member.

It is not how many replies before you see your earnings. Earnings are updated once a day. Earnings have been already posted for today. IF you haven't see any as of yet. You will tomorrow.

how's that happened? you have a total of 181 posts and yet you still haven't got even a cent?...that's strange, huh? well, based on what my friends experienced with mylot...mylot is really paying. and for me, i do believe in them..i have earned more than a dollar now..i'm just waiting for my earnings to reach 10 dollar. just keep on posting and try not to think of earnings for a while...you'll never know, you have earned more than you have expected.so, good luck!!

hi joodzki6! when i created this thread, i only have 16 posts. ^-^ right now, i had my earnings updated. But i still feel that those were not enough for the posts i made. A lot of people have testified that the earnings are based on the quality and length of your posts. And if i were to review my posts, i think i did the right thing. But still, i receive low... =(
Anyway, i enjoy joining the discussions here. That's all i think of right now. =)

Really? As I can see here, you are already at your 102nd post. Don't you have any earnings yet? Kinda weird, I say. Because I think even if you only have 5 posts, you will get even .01 cents as your earnings. So don't tell me you haven't had any earnings yet when you've already posted much and even has a star rating of 6. Hmmm.. Well, I guess, it's time to change your style. It would be very helpful if you post good discussions and avoid strictly one line responses. Make as many discussions and also, just have fun! By and by, you would not noticed you are already earning. Happy posting! :)

I think the star rating does affect your earnings. All your replies can be rated. By whomever sees your thread. No you can't rate your own comments. But you can rate others. Generally members give pluses to anyone who answers their threads. Unless someone is voilating the giudelines. Than you give them a minus. Don't abuse giving someone minues otherwise my lot finds out and gives you a warning.

I think the updating of earnings is done automatically. Meaning at specific time, the application system that mylot uses to update the earnings automatically runs. Also, you should be patient in posting quality replies. As i see xulijie, you only have 9 posts. So don't expect to see earnings yet. I got my first earnings when i reached my 102th post. =)

Well, since you are a New poster, you will have to wait until tomorrow, for the Earnings here to be updated, and then your Earnings will be shown here. I know sometimes it seems like a long wait, and it takes a while for it to really start adding up, but I am not here for the $$, as much as I am here for Networking with others, and making friends. As I have found ways to make $$ online besides myLot, I feel when you meet others you learn about them, and who is interested in what you are interested in, and such.

Which is more effective? create discussions or post to discussions? The problem sometimes with creating your own discussion is you get to have zero responses since everyone is postin their own discussion. And worse, some topics are not worth discussing. Also,most discussions are repeating. As a forumer, it doesn't motivate me to answer repeating discussions.

I have been paid by Mylot, so it isn't that they don't pay.
You might take a look aht what you ahve posted in both responses and new discussions you have started. It works best if you don't think about making m oney but concentrate on doing as many responses and newdiscussions as you can, but make sure they are good quality. A discussion that gets responses is good, so choose topics that effect the broadest number of people.
I cannot remember how long it took for me to reach my first payout but the more practice you get, the greater your earnings will be. It just takes time and effort.

I agree. Money shouldn't be the issue here. I was just suprised to see that my earnings is zero despite what i have posted. I think i'll have to be more patient now. Anyway, joining discussions is one of the things i love doing most when i have spare time.

You might need to have a longer discussions, like 4 or more lines of discussions so that you will have a good earnings..In my first day here, i posted only 5 discussions but i discuss it longer. And the following day i got $0.21..it feels great..just try it and start a new discussions as much as you can because if you got more responses from the members here, it can add on your earnings..got it? good luck

yea...it just takes a minute ot get rolling. im starting to get the hang of this whole thing and now i understand it. the more questions u answer and the more things u post and the better the quality of the answers and everything u post, the bigger better ull benefit from it when they update the site every 12 hours.
