Ok I have 4 cats they are all house cats one is 8 years old then sisters that are 4 years old then my youngest one is a year old. My question is all of a sudden my youngest 3 cats started acting like they are burying there dish of food..Now they have never done this before and I was wondering if there is a reason that they might be doing this that I don't know of would appreciate any other cat lovers out there that might know about this.

Could be a natural instinct - before cats were doemsticated they would bury their food to hide it from predators for later. Maybe your cats are doing it for that reason - but have no clue why they would. Are they doing it when you fill the food bowl and they have eaten some it?
