Do you download music? Do you feel as though you are ripping the artist off if you download music? If you do download music and you like it, do you end up buying the album? Thoughts?

I download music and I think it's completly right, the only one really losing on it would be the rich recordcompanies, an artist doesn't even get a fourth of the money of the sold cd. Yes I buy cds, my favorite band that I found through filesharing I've bought 2 albums of and some clothes too. But still the mayor earnings come from gigs not cd selling.

I generally download most of my music from athe internet. It is the best way to get music by just sitting at your home. I agree with you that it causes a loss to the artist and the music industries. But, still who would not want stuff for free.!!
