are you working on call center?

No i haven't worked yet at call centre but I am planning to to do this kind of job and earn some experience in it.

I do not work in a call center but I do believe their pay package is quite good.

Yes I do work in the call centre, that depends on what industry call centre was based of. You could earn more money if you are working in 2nd/3rd level helpdesk support. Salary pretty good so far, but you need to listen and help customer as best as you can.

Good luck if you wanna work in the call center business. The pay isn't worth it! If you're working here in the Philippines then I'd advise you to find another job. The pay isn't that much, you work for 9 to 10 hours a day, you are mostly required to work in graveyard shift. It's a job, not a career. If you want quick cash and a repetitive life with very little room to grow and escalate then the call center job is for you.

My partner used to work for a call center. She made $14 (USD) an hour, starting. When she wasn't available to take phone calls, she got less then half of that. However, that was only about an hour or so a day (lunch, bathroom breaks, etc). She would work a 12 hour shift for 3 days, and a 6 hour shift for one day, and was then off for two days. It was very tough on her, and stressful. The pay was nice, but it wasn't worth it in the end. However, not all call centers are so bad. Generally, the pay is decent, but the hours can be long.
