What does this mean, what is 86/100, is it good, bad and how do they come up with the number? Sorry to lay all these questions down. My assumption is I reached 100 and that is why I have a star...what about the rest? Reputation? How do you improve it and have I been acting sleezy on here? (JOKE)

You're right that you got that star because you reached 100 points. The number inside is based on your activity within the site and how other members rate your comments and discussions etc.
Keep posting quality discussions and responses and you'll see that number rise :-)
