Flip- flops are very common and usual foot wear here in the Phils. There is a certain brand of flip- flops which is very popular here. It's name is havaianas and once you have it, whew, it is really comfortable to wear. Either, you wear jeans, skirt or even capri pants. And nowadays, it became a fashion icon material here. Once you have got it, you are so cool to have one.. It matches with baby tees, shirts or even blouses, but I believe it doesnt matter what are you wearing or matches with as long as you are comfortable wearing flip flops.Btw, flip flops is different from sandals.
