Opening Paypal account

Hi all.
I'm a new myLot member and this is my first posting.
I've written an e-book and I want to sell it via internet. The problem is in receiving payment using PayPal. I live in Indonesia and PayPal permit Indonesian to open account but for sending payment only.
Any suggestion?
