internet providers pros and cons

i saw a program last night which takes complaints about companies etc in the uk and one of the topics was internet providers so i would like to open a discussion about everyones internet providers.
My question to start it of is what do you think of your provider? are you happy with them? do you feel you get good value for money? do you feel you get good customer service when you have a problem?
We use sky for our tv our phone and for internet and honestly i've never had a problem with them they have always been very helpful and i've never had to wait long for things to happen so what experiences do you guys have?

LOL saw the same programe as you, my internet provider has very good service however my broadband does go down from time to time which is very annoying as you i use my internet for business as well as pleasure, they do sort it out but it's such a battle just to contact them, you know that when you call you are put on hold for 20 minutes listening to music that you end up dreaming off, once i get through however customer service is great, i think my company would be better off improveing the customer service of the customers they have instead off cold calling my house asking if i would be interested in adquirring their services.....HELLO do they not have a data base where it shows i'm already contracted to them !!!!
