Can anyone tell me how to make cutlets at home.I tried but i could't get properly.I want to make for my daughter's birthday comming on sunday.If not give me any easy snacks receipe to make that evening.

here is a recipe for you Persian Cutlet Recipe from my Iranian mother-in-law. These moist hamburger-like beef patties remind me of White Castle burgers. Can be served wrapped in flat bread or alone a top basmati rice. Can be served hot, or room temperature. Great appetizer. Travels very well. by AnnNH | 26 patties 25 min 15 min prep Change to: patties US Metric 1 1/2 lbs ground beef 4 large potatoes 1 medium onion 1 tablespoon flour 1 1/2 teaspoons salt 1/8 teaspoon turmeric 1/8 teaspoon powdered saffron 1 large egg Peel and grate potatoes, set aside. Grate onion; mix with beef. Add grated potatoes, flour, salt, turmeric, and saffron and mix well by hand or food processor. Mix in egg until well combined. Heat vegetable oil in skillet. Form meat mixture into oval patties and fry each side until well browned. Transfer to paper towel to drain and salt to taste. Note: you may wish to mix saffron in a few tablespoons of water and add it to the mixture. hope you liked it

here is the recipe for veg cutlets my friend . try it out.:- 2 small potatoes, boiled, peeled and mashed 1/2 tsp mango powder - amchur, and garam masala, 2 green chillies finely chopped, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste and finley chopped coriander leaves. 1 tsp chopped cashew nuts 1 cups bread crumbs salt to taste 1 tsp clarified butter or ghee oil for shallowq frying of cutlets 3 cups of veggies- u can take - beans, carrots,peas, cabbage, beet. 1 tsp chilli 1 tsp coriander powder1 tsp cumin powder 1/2 tsp fennel seeds - saunf heat the ghee or butter and add the ginger garlic paste and green chillies.fry for about a minute. now add the cashew nuts and all the powdeed spices.add the coriander leaves .fry for about half a minute. now add drained vegetables and mix well.if there is any water fry till all moisture is totally lost mix in the mashed potatoes and salt to taste .heat through and take off the gas stove make flat rounds of the mixture.round them in bread crumbs and shallow fry on both sides till golden brown.eat or serve with chutney n sauce when hot. its very easy to make. try it.
