Why do you like pets- what is most likeable part of your pet

I do like my pet dog for its loving and thanking nature that most humans lack now.

Moomin makes me smile - My lovely cat is such a poser
I love my cat for being affectionate and funny, loyal and loving. She cheers me up when I am down, she is always there when I am alone, she makes me smile when I am sad.
