I have a black lab and a sheltie. My lab is 10 years old and my sheltie is 3. If I were to get another dog when my lab passes I would get another lab. Although I love my sheltie. I like the way labs are. They are calm and well trained. Were as my sheltie is always hyper and barking up a storm.

i actually used to have both sheltie (though he had some corgi mixed in him) and a yellow and a black lab. the sheltie was very loving and protective. but both my labs were completely opposite. my black one was one of the smartest pups i ever met, he learned quickly and behaved (most of the time!) but my blonde one was extreamly hyper and loved to play and chew things. not the smartest dog in the world though. but very loving.

I have an Australian Shepard mix named Star. She is almost 4 months old. She was a christmas gift for my kids. She is so smart and adorabble.

I have a large smooth cat border collie and a medium mixed dog that we think is a border-spaniel. Border Collies are my all time favorite breed, but usually my dogs pick me rather than the other way around. I have fostered quite a few dogs and know that every breed has its good points.

i have got a 13 week old labradinger ( labrador cross springer spaniel) I also had an american bulldog but my mum kept her when i moved out i still get to see her loads though

We have three dogs, Sparky - rottweiler/german shepherd mix, Grainger - Australian Shepherd, and Onslo - Black Lab mix. They are very large dogs, and very lovable. We get all of our puppies from the pound, and we probably will continue to get them there. They are my babies as my daughter is grown and out of the house.
