Why do we

Why do we count sheep when we can't get to sleep. Are other animals less effective?

whoa jinx.. i just posted something about counting sheeps too ... actually, when i count sheeps, the more i cant sleep. coz i try to imagine how the sheep look like and it sort of occupy my mind more lol
