Hi'galatea, Find the book *Eating Thin For Life*those receipes in to that book are more on veggiemeat styles of cooking,like Garden Vegetable Sauce for Pasta,Vegetable Lasagna,Denver Pizza,and the books content is very informative when it comes to healthy cooking.
