Does anyone have advice on submitting articles to this site? When you post news do you paste and copy most of it and than sumbit it?

No, you must not copy and paste it from another site. That is plagerism and stealing another writer's work. Write from your own experience and views of the news item. I write the article in my word processing program, and then paste it to the correct form of AC. Make sure that you use the correct keywords for the article, it is really important. I wish you all the luck. I love AC.
