very easy bread/cake recipe

please share the easiest bread or cake recipe you have. im gonna try my luck with the oven.
and yes i have succeeded in making flatbreads (parathas, tortillas, etc) so im ready for some baking :)

The only way I will actually cannot stand eating frosted cake without having ice cream on the same plate and in the same forkful. I do not like the taste of frosting. The ice cream sort of overpowers/equalizes the taste of the frosting making it edible to my taste buds.
