Excercises where you won't lose a pound

Here is a list of excercises guarenteed to not take any weight off: beating around the bush; jumping to conclusions; passing the buck; grasping at straws; throwing your weight around; dragging your heels; making mountains out of molehills; flying off the handle; fishing for compliments; tootong your own horn; adding fuel to the fire; rubbing salt in the wound, andclimbing the social ladder. Substitutions for above: bending over backwards; swallowing your pride; and turning the other cheek. All are much more productive excercises for life.

The list of non productives are exactly the things our parents used to teach us about never doing. Or do them in a way conducive to the majority winning. Also the substitutions were moral type things we learned in church and in our homes. How far have we come that these need discussed. Thanks much for sharing them with all of Mylot.
