Mind often gets depressed?

An average man has to laugh 15- 16 times a day. Read jokes or enjoy the company of good friends for some time. But never take tablets or any other drug to cool yourself. NEVER! All people have worries but whatever has to happen in our fate will happen, leave it on God and try to continue with your usual work as much, and as good as possible. Keep reciting slokas or duas etc whenever your mind is free. It gives so much solace!
