I want to know how the child welfare system works in america and other countries. People praise it a lot here in India and say its one of the best. I was listening to how WHO and health ministry is trying to curb malutrition in India and our health minister said its a major flaw in the system because the scheme to distribute food among poor is largely centre based hence its not able to cover many kids who do not attend aganwadi centers. It has been like this fr past twenty years and now a change is required. I want to learn how system in other countries work and how do they cover areas that need most attention in child welfare? Can you enlighten me with the syatem and its good and bad points.
