What are some of the strangest/weirdest fashion you ever seen?

we had a fashion at the jr.high school for awhile where kids were not tying their shoes,just letting it drag behind them.of course,that made them a target for string stomp,and they'd fall. i guess they finally quit when some of them fell down the metal staircase in the hallways. dumbest trend idea i'd ever seen.

Ive seen a guy wearing a garbage bag as a shirt.

I had a shocking experience while walking on Orchard Rd in London. I wasn't expecting anything weird or strange on the streets of London but I saw a few punks with too much gel or hairspray, multi-colour hair primarily purple, really gawdy make-up and black clothings and accessories... it was frightful on a bright saturday morning. I am new to the country and it was really an eye-opener. I suppose it is a norm here but certainly not in my country. It did shocked me because I would not step out of my house wearing that... it's more like a halloween costume to me. Perhaps it is their self-identity, I dunno but I do not mean to be prejudice or anything. It simply was culture shock to me. Nothing more than that.
