Minors and Alcohol

Even though it's illegal for minors to get alcohol, alot of them have it. How does that happen?

Well, getting drunk is quite fun so the minors somehow find a way to get it.

I think thst it is because they offer to pay somebody to but it for them. Or the adult buying it did the same thing when they were younger, so they are just trying to help the kid out. Either way, I think it's wrong.
