Nothing could be simpler than making this wonderful cookie dough and store in the refrigerator till you are ready to bake them. This wonderful lemon cookie recipe makes 5-6 dozen of cookies which can be baked at different times. That seems to be a nice recepie, well this chilling part is required for making the dough solid or what can you explain,if we avoid this step , will cookies will turn out to be good.

You can make the cookies without chilling very long but the cookies will turn out best if the dough is chilled for a few minutes before bakeing.

It has been an age since I made peanut butter cookies. I didn't get around to making them this past holiday season.
