I never observed that Mozilla Firefox makes sound . can you give the details - when you get sounds from firefox ...

When the webpage I visit has a video playback, video stream, I don't know, as long as it produces sound. I don't like it.

^ use Noscript extension . it prevents unwanted running of scripts (which play video streams) . And in the Firefox options , you can change the download actions so that media files donot run automatically . ( Firefox -- Tools -- Options -- Download Actions -- View & Edit Actions )

Mozilla Firefox doesnt make any sounds, WINDOWS DOES!!!

in windows os , we can select "no sounds" thru control panel -- sounds -- no sounds -- ok . in this way , we can aliminate all disturbing sounds from windows operating system .
