Being a native Venezuelan who, luckily, has had the chance to live in and out of Venezuela during the last decade and, in the process, experience how other economical and political systems function in different cities from around the world, I was wondering what all of you in myLot think about Hugo Chavez and the current political system he has been orchestrating in Venezuela during the last few years, a model known as the Bolivarian Revolution. What do you think about this controversial Venezuelan leader? For you, are Venezuelans in the right path or in the wrong path thanks to his regular criticism of neoliberal globalization and U.S. foreign policy? Is Chavez just another Latin American dictator in the making or will his ideology ever pay positive dividens to Venezuelans?

Chavez knows whats going on and so does the rest of the world...you could boycott yes ... or ...venezuela could cut off oil to the US and drive prices sky-high to ...but like the other girl said up there venezuela is probably the only nation on earth that uses their oil to directly benefit the people .... so here is chaves view and i see nothing wrong with telling the truth ... be pompous and ignorant if you want to about it coz the truth hurts right? He said that there are two superpowers today: 1) the United States and 2) the rest of the world. For the sake of the rest of the world, the people of the United States must bring down the current administration and free this country.
