which country according to you will win the cricket world cup that will shortly start in the west indies? how would you rate the team chances on a scale of 1 to 10. i wud rate India and australia as 9/10

I would rate Australia 7/10 and south africa, Newzeland and India 9/10 because recently Australia was defeated by both south Africa and Newzeland & India won its last 2 series consecutively.
