Do you like to read chicklit books? I like them and I'd like to know is there anyone of you like them too. I have 15 books of chicklit, 5 of them are written by Sophie Kinsella. I also read some chicklit books that I borrowed from my friend. My favorite chiklit book is Can you keep a secret, and I also like The Nanny's diary, Faking It and all of the shopaholic series. What about you?? which one is your favorite?

I have quite a few chick lit books. I really like Sophie Kinsella too. I have read all her books so far except her new one "Shopaholic and Baby" which I bought yesterday. I am only two chapters into that book. Did you know that Sophie Kinsella also wrote under the name Madeleine Wickham? I would recommend "Cocktails for Three" which she also wrote under that different name. My favorite chick lit books are The Devil Wears Prada, Bergdorf Blondes (Plum Sykes), and anything by Jane Green or Marion Keyes.

Hi Kate, the new Sophie Kinsella's book still not available in my country. Maybe 2 or 3 months from now it will be in the bookstore so I can buy it. I knew that Sophie Kinsella is Madeleine and write some chick lit books, but unfortunatelly the books that written by Madeleine is not available here, I am not sure why, I have searching it at some big bookstore, but cant find it.

I didn't read a lot of books, but one of my friend is a huge fan of chick lit, so she suggested me the pink lady for me. I read it and like it. However I do feel the life in some chick lit books are too far from me so i would not spend too much time on them. I prefer to read more books about travel and write better articles about traveling. So far my best traveling article is about York castle museum. would welcome you to read it and wish it helpful to you http://www.helium.com/items/1644403-york-castle-museum-social-history-museum-york-travel-england-travel

My wife is a chicklit addict. She also loves the books written by Sophie Kinsella, and the other authors that she usually reads are Lauren Weisberger, Alexandra Potter, and Cecily von Ziegesar. I gave her several books as birthday and Christmas gifts, but recently she's been downloading these e-books instead and has been more addicted ever since.

I like to read chick lit, but I haven't read many. I read the Shopaholic series by Sophie Kinsella, except "Mini Shopaholic". I've also read Can You Keep a Secret and Remember Me? by Sophie. I've read a couple other chick lit novels. So far, I guess I'd say "Shopaholic and Baby" is my favorite chick lit book.

I don't really read Chick-Lit books at all. I'm really not very interested in them. Perhaps it's just that I'm not much of a "girly-girl" or that I'm not really in the right age group yet. I just find that there's not enough of things that I find interesting in them. It's not really that they lack substance - I read a lot of fantasy and sci-fi that lacks that - but I don't really think that much in them is that interesting.

hi dhiyah! i don't know if you'll call it chicklit but i cannot find any other book genre to place it under. i have a severe fascination for anything french. recently i read this book by helene frith powell entitled "Two Lipsticks and A Lover" It is about unleashing one's inner French woman: the stylish, pencil thin and confidence which makes French women so popular. i love it! i have been wanting to buy sophie kinsella books but right now i am still a working student and usually on a tight budget. while we are at it, i also like chick lit movies such as The Devil Wears Prada.
