Where is a good place to go away for Easter? NSW

For all you Sydneysiders what is a good beachy type location to go to for easter? So far I've been to Jervis Bay, Ana Bay, Port Stephens, Nowra. I was thinking Coff's Harbour but its a long drive or possibly Port Macquarie? I'm looking for somewhere that has some adventure stuff and somewhere we can chill. Any suggestions?
