Filipino Recipe:Chicken and Quail Eggs Adobo....

I share something for you of my Filipino way for cooking Adobo. You will need:1/2 kilo chicken, cut into serving portion, 1/4 cup vinegar,1/4 cup soy sauce,6 cloves garlic crushed,1/4 tsp.peppercorn,1 laurelleaf, 24 pcs quail eggs, hard boiledand shelled... COMBINE all ingredients except quail eggs. Let stand for 30 min..., Add 1/2 cup water, then simmer for 35 minutes. Add quail eggs. Simmer for another 5 minutes... And its finish and ready to serve....
