Dubbed as " style free and fashion deprived, Britney Spears and Paris Hilton tied on the number one spot on MR BLACKWELL'S 47 th ANNUAL "Worsed Dressed" list released Tuesday.
"Two peas in an overexposed POD" Blackwell said of the skimpy attire worn by the two celebutantes he called the "Scream Girls".

I could not agree more!!! Those two girls need to be locked up somewhere to keep them out of the media, and from annoying honest people like us!!! I'm so sick and tired of those two!!!
