McDonald's CAN do it right if the crew and management are in the mood. But sloppy burgers, greasy fries, and a messy shop are more the norm, in my experience. Once, I got a hamburger that they had mistakenly put Big Mac sauce on. Surprisingly, I like their baked apple pies better than any other store-bought pie.

I did not even know that mcdonald's served with mayo. but I can commiserate with your complaint. Sometimes you wonder if they just threw the stuff on with no care. My usual complaint is the burger is hanging out one side, there is way too much mustard on and that in a glob. what a mess, or the cheese is sloppy and melted to the outside of the bun. I reckon it is a good thing I dont eat there often. Actually their hamburgers always taste like they have paper in them, to me. I like burger king better, but we haven't one close by.
