Doctor Jekyll and Mister Hyde is a very good book. The Epic of Gilgamesh is another good one, but it's much harder to read. Treasure Island, Journey to the Center of the Earth, and 20,000 Leagues under the Sea are all good ones too. The last two are very scientific, so you might want to keep a dictionary handy. You will come across big words that you do not know, trust me.
