i think i can relate this topic with the movies, meet the parents and you,me and dupree. when you love someone, it can't be avoided that parents do their "parent thing". they're being protective and they wanna make sure that their sons or daughters are in the right person. it's difficult but i guess that's the best of it. you will able to prove to them that you and your partner can make it and will be able to start a good journey together. just prove to them that he/she is the one for you. eventually, they will come to accept that person and love them like they love you. good luck

if my parents are against my love then i ll try to convince them,i ll try my level best to get my love,i can have fight with my parents,but soon or later they will realize my love and then they ll get ready for my love anyways if u get your love after such a fight then only u can understand the value of your love

i would go for the girl that i really love. yes it is true that my parents do a lot of sacrifices for me but i think it is just right for me to choose the best partner that i want to be with me forever. this is a crucial decision that i alone should make.

well i will certainly not marry tat girl/boy until my parents approve.....i will continue to love her/her...n will ask her/him to wait for me for sometime...if she/he really love me....he/she wud wait... in the mean time i will try consoling my parents about our true love...n how i cant live without him/her... i will jus make them underatand tat if at all i have a happy life...itz gonna be with her... well then i know my parents....they will allow our marriage...AS MY HAPPY LIFE MEANS A LOT TO THEM THAN ME.....

i'd choose the one i love... and if my parents disapprove, i'll fight for my love. no matter what happens, ill stick to my decision. sooner or later, my parents will realize that they have to give me the freedom to decide for myself because i know myself better and i know where i will be happy. and where i am happy will lead me to be successful enough to support the one i love with everything i can give.
