Smart but Unreasonable Boss or Dumb but Kind Boss?

I do not want to be in both situations, if I will to choose, I will choose a dumb but kind boss so that my working life will be easier.

That is tough. I've worked with both before and serously don't know which would I prefer. On one hand, when it comes to business, having the smart boss is good. It's easy to work with someone who is smart and does a good job building the business and makes it easy for you to do a good job and excel too. But if the boss is unreasonable at the same time, then it's hard to really get things done sometimes or try to have him/her see things your way and have empathy for you. I've also worked with the dumb but kind boss. So wonderful to have around as a friend and a colleague but as a boss who needs to make executive decisions and all...hopeless!! As a result, you feel like the business is not going anywhere, you're stuck in a rut and nothing moves. Hard to choose!
