What is the importance of breakfast? What could be happened if some one skips breakfast daily?

breakfast will give us good energy for the day & to start up our metabolism to function well ! if we skip breakfast the system will also try to work slowly 'coz there's no much thing to digest then so metabolism for the day is already disrupted for the normal cycle. this meal should be much heavier than the rest of the other meals so that we can sustain the day's workload with much energy from the nutritions given out from the food we eat! the sugar or carbohydrates to bring out power & strenght . . .

I feel that breakfast is important to help you get through the morning as you need energy and most breakfast foods can give you that energy. Plus you were asleep all night so that means you did not eat or drink anything, which your body and mind need very much. You do not want to go a long time without eating as it is unhealthy for both your body and mind. You are supposed to eat three meals a day if you want to stay healthy physically and mentally.

The breakfast is important performed better standard acheivement,if you are not eat your body will weak beacuse at night when you sleep ,your body use the energy for get your body healthier and it's a long time so your body need more food for body and whan you don't eat breakfast it get you brain blurred because have not much energy for your brain.

You must not skip breakfast because you will need energy for the wholedays work. If you eat right you will be productive and alert.
