Yeah, I pay about the same. About $65 for internet and cable TV.

I pay about $56 a month for Comcast. I would be lost without my high speed internet.
And Yes, $200 sounds very high.

I have comcast too. We pay about $100 for our digital cable and internet (the internet is about $50 of that). I used to have dial up when I lived with my dad and while I was visiting him this summer I used his DSL line and it was so slow compared to the cable connection. I don't know what I would do without it. There is no way I can go back to dial up or even DSL. Cable rocks, lol.

can u please tell me which city u r in and which connection u r using.. as it's really good speed in 30Rs.. even if its in 300 thn too much cheaper..
coz i pay around 2000rs for 128kbps connection..

Hi, it seems you are all paying too much for your internet broad band connection. I am living in india, i have taken an unlimited download plan which is just Rs 900/-
To be clear in dollars, it costs something less than $20 permonth..
My BroadBand service provider is BSNL

well obver here in college it is for free....but at home i have to pay like 250 bucks thats like 5 $ for 400 mb of data transfer....

It is very costly comparable to the options available i todays time in different cities...anyways its 600 Rs per month....and that too with only 1Gb Upload/download limit....which is very very less for ...my net download/upload comes out to be 22 GB....yes and i do it with my current connection....u know how ? bcoz i hav got night umlimited plan where i get umlimited U/D free during 2.00-8.00 AM.....so wat i do is that i schedule my downloads at 2am and the computer shuts down automatically at 8.00AM.....but i still need a better internet connection....which gives me unlimited download at a reasonable cost...do u know 1 ????? in india ofcourse..
