Should mobile phones be available to teenager

Its very difficult to conclude the topic with for or against. Whatever you get in your life always have merits & demerits. Its depends on one individual how he/she use the thing effectively or defectively. Nobody should be held responsible for one's good or bad things. As far as mobile is concerned, we cannot say only the employees, businessmen or working class should use. Its a facility available in the market created man. Let all the human community to take advantage of this. Anything is not always one's own property.
