very unhappy

i got pictures taken and was very unhappy the girl had no clue what she was doing... she was the only on eworking and was clueless... they had no promps.. when i picked up my portraits the people i talked with seemed like they could careless ab out my complaint... also some portraits were so dark it was ugly and some were so off centered im so unhappy!!

What company did you purchase the pictures through? How much did you pay for the picutres?
If you have complained to the company and given them ample time to respond to your complaint and they have not done so, I would report them to the Better Business Bureau.
