not hard enough

every time i set my mind to lose weight i just give up without even starting, right now am a size 20 and i have three kids .i really want to do something about the way i look. i feel so depressed at time, it's not that i dont know what to do if i really set my mind to it{ eat less, go jogging and what not} but it's the push up to really restrict myself to start and do something about it that really is my problem if you say am lazy i wont disagree but what i want to know is this "is there no one out there who has been wanting to do something about weight lose and hasn't achive it,or cant we do without seeing a dietican?"i want others veiw on this if it makes any sence to at all.thank you.

Just start to sport, diets will not help a lot. The sport is the thing that will help you. I am a sportist and I had to go to 85 kgs once and I was able to loose 10 for 1 month, just by running and training in the gym. Just be active. Good luck !
