What is the worst experience you have ever received from calling a call centre. Whether it was to call your bank, Insurance company or even call to talk about your Mobile Phone? I actually work for a call centre and would be intrigued on the kind of service that people from various walks of life receive and what they perceive as a bad experience. Please tell me of your good experiences also and what really annoys you about cal centres and how you feel they could improve?
