Do you have a Blog or Website that needs more hits?

I am trying to get some referrals for both of these sites, they have so far given my blog site a lot of traffic for free. how much are they charging for these sites once you start up? I been to alot of these driving traffic to your site places and they all want to charge way to much for you to join then they don't seem to work well.

these ones are free, but you kind a have to surf other peoples blogs or sites in the community so that yours can get some too.
