Orkut has been Banned!!!!

Heah people,
Orkut has been banned at our college. We have a pretty fast internet but now they have installed something called Cyberroam client and it does not allow us access to orkut. It categorises orkut as a Dating and Friends site and hence banned. Please suggest some other way as to how I can access orkut? Please people please....

You can access orkut through kproxy.com. Here are some steps to do that
1.Go to the url bar and type 66.232.117.243
2.This would open the site kproxy.com.
3.Now just type in www.orkut.com in the given box of kproxy.com and hit enter. you are done.

i think orkut has been bannewd because people waste a lot os time in my skool also orkut has been banned. i think we have hikut as a slution

Oh no, Hikut is also Banned. It says Hikut is a dating and Matrimonial site, and hence banned. But even otherwise, it will take months again for me to build back my friends network at a new place... Moreover its my problem, not theirs, so how can I ask all of them to come to Hikut just because I don't have orkut?

Ya, good in a way that you can concentrate on your other work, but we will get detached from the other friends who we meet only at orkut, most of them are friends who be gone abroad... And more over, they could ve done something like Disallow Orkut say during the lab hours, so that atleast during lunch hours and other free time they would be able to use it.

yes it has been banned in many offices due to its use,it affected the performance in offices..even schools ,all the students are bussy with orkut.you can do it through other linked sites.

yup u r ryt orkut is banned in many school,colleges & offices too...Coz students & employers r found all time on orkut thts y due to negative effect its become ineviteble for the managment to banned tht site...

you can also try powerscrap.com in case the krpoxy doesn't work only thing it is a bit in french so language problem may exist!!
