if you skip breakfast, it's important that you change this practice immediately in light of research. Develop a simple plan to eat cereal, such as oatmeal or Bran Flakes, along with six ounces of grape juice or orange juice and perhaps a piece of fruit .

I don't eat heavy breakfast. Even sometime I don't eat at all, because if I get up late I don't feel like eating anything. I know it is not good for health, but can't help it. But I do take my lunch and dinner regularly.

No I do not eat a heavy breakfast, I do however eat a cereal for my breakfast, and then have a light lunch and a normal amount of food for my dinner, but I must eat this before 8pm so that I have at least 3 hours before I go to bed.

I eat not too much for breakfast but i often don't eat because i am not yet wake up. I have many project to send the teacher so it takes a long hours to finish them. My lunch ,i eat at 5 p.m. because it's time that i finished my class. I eat a lot at this time with girlfriend and sometimes with my friends. And sometimes, i eat at midnight. this is dinner time for me. I am not eat too much because it will make me fat.

That's probably a good way to eat. I don't eat any heavy meals. I eat lots of small meals and snacks...sort of graze throughout the day.
