Bosses suck!

My boss can be real cool to work with- and she can be real laid back. She doesnt mind if you have dr. appt. or you have to go home because your kid is sick. I dont take advantage of it though. But sometimes, usually Mondays, she is a real crab. She talks to me like I an idiot, and If I make a joke she snaps at me like she has no sense of humor (but she's joked before) Theres been a couple of times I've said something when I had enough. She says"Sorry if I offended you, you know sometimes I get like that so it's best if you just not say anything" So basically because she's my BOSS I'm supposed to roll out like a rug and let her walk on me.
