Have you ever died in a dream?

I haven't. Lots of times things have happened to me where I should have died, but somehow I survived. Unless, of course, I died in a dream but didn't remember it when I woke up...I guess that's possible.
If you have died in a dream, how did it happen? How did you know you were dead? Were you afraid something would happen to you in real life?

as far as i can remember, i didn't die in dreams. i remember dreams in which i have been shot, stabbed, bitten by monsters and something like that..heh heh...its really stupid but i find myself everytime running away from them of course, with life...nope i haven't experience dying anytime...anyway, i think though one experiences it, they could never tell whether thats true or not in the dream coz, one doesn't know how it would be after dying. right?
