How bad do you get headaches?

For the last month and a half, I've been getting these headaches that take me out of the game. Sometimes all I can do to get ride of them is go to bed. Which is not very easy at 1 in the afternoon. I went to my doctor and he gave me all these pills and said if these don't help come back. I'm not hip on the idea of taking a handfull of pills on a daily basis, but if I can't find something else to help that may be my last resort. Any thoughts...

I do suffer from migraines (I don't get a little headache ever, it's either a big blown out migraine or nothing at all) And when I get sick, it always ends up in my sinuses, with an infection and I get wicked sinus headaches. I have taken meds before for the sinus headaches. Testing is a pain for the migraines, i haven't been to the doctor in quite some time. I am taking a "break"
