When I can't eat fruit and vegetables, I would juice them and drink them. The fruit overpowers the taste of the vegetables too to make it more enjoyable to drink and you get the nutrients at the same time! I noticed a different in the way I feel when I drink the juice. I feel better and healthier. If you don't have a juicer, buy a jack lalanne juicer here---- http://www.powerjuicer.com/?src=JL249TG They also have a jack lalanne juicer in Target, if you are located in the US. There are juice recipes along with the juicer. They are easy and I have tried many of them and everything tastes great! The juices also helps curb junk food cravings. Hope this helps!

Why not try to avoid buying those sweet and junk stuffs for the meantime. I know its esier said than that, but if you're really determined to change your eating lifestyle, then now is the best time to do so. Its good that you acknowledge that you're not eating right this early. We don't like to deal with diabetes in the future, now do we?

Firstly make sure you eat plenty of the fruit and vegetables you do like, that will be a good start. Perhaps you should try some of them again. There maybe some you do like now, as our tastes change all the time. Perhaps it is the way you are cooking them too. If you put veggies into sauces and stews, you can't always taste the flavour of them and they are nicer to eat. Take a look at my website for some ideas: http://www.recipesforvegans.co.uk

Hey crsoccerplayer! Do you really hate every fruit and vegetable? Have you tried things like papaya, starfruit,or blood oranges? There are so many different fruits out there...maybe you would like one of them. If not though, perhaps you could sneak fruit into your diet with smoothies or pureed fruit and artificial sugar mixed and frozen into popsicles. As far as vegetables they can be hidden in all kinds of places, ecspecially when chopped finely. You can add veggies to meatloaf, omelets, pureed in pasta sauces, in quick bread and muffins, or on pizza. I hope some of these ideas help and that you will be able to incorporate healthier foods into your diet. You can still have sweets and even junk food but have them in a healthy way. I would also suggest you check out www.hungrygirl.com for some great ideas on making healthy swaps for your favorite foods! I hope you'll keep us posted on your progress!
