My husband was diagnosed to have a high blood pressure of 130/90 and it's always been that way for the past 6 years. His doctor prescribed Neobloc (Beta Blockers) and Metformin Hydrochloride for his high sugar levels. I always tell him to do cardio exerises everyday. I am a nurse so I always advise my patients with these condition to eat consciously and with moderation. Stay away from sweets, high fat diet, and too much carbohydrates as carbs converts in to sugar thus peaking up your blood sugars. But EXERCISE is definitely one of the best ways to prevent hypertension and diabetes.
