What is the best stastically hours to watch TV daily for a working person? If he did not watch, is he/her missing somthing?

average watch of tv per day will be around 1 hour or at max 2 hrs for working human being..just to know soemthing abt outside world other than his/her work..it would be fine to relax by watching tv
